Living under ISIS in Iraq

Either forced to leave school or having to study under an ISIS curriculum, more than one million children in Iraq have missed school for one to two years.

Many children actually live in terror, learning how to make bombs, learning how to kill, how to make suicide bombs, how to cut heads off – this is not what a child wants to learn in his or her early years, not even an adult should learn this kind of information.

When you have the ability and the chance to teach something to your children and give them the opportunity to go to school, it’s supposed to be about learning for them so they can live in peace and not live in terror.

A news report from Save the Children charity published in early November shows it is just one of the many stories that is happening and will still go on until whoever knows when it will all stop.
